Larry Marzullo Announces His Retirement at the end of 2007

Hillside, IL -- Larry Marzullo, the CEO and President of Bekins Holding Corp., has announced his retirement at the end of 2007. Mr. Marzullo joined Bekins in 1986 and has held a variety of executive positions in the company’s household goods and logistics divisions, culminating with his appointment to Bekins’ top post in the year 2000. Over the past eight years, Mr. Marzullo led the agent/management buy-out of Bekins from GeoLogistics and the sale of their successful HomeDirectUSA home delivery subsidiary to Transportation Resource Partners. He will continue as a consultant and member of the Bekins Board of Directors. Bekins’ Chairman, George Gilbert, will head up a CEO Selection committee to identify Mr. Marzullo’s replacement.
