The Bekins Van Lines’ agent network consists of more than 350 agents nationwide. This means Bekins can assist with residential, commercial and specialty moves. We are equipped to handle long distance moves, and our agents have local moves covered. So, no matter where you’re headed or what you’re bringing with you, our team can help.
The Agent Relationship
When a moving company joins the Bekins network as an agent, they enter into an agency agreement that typically spans five to ten years. Upon signing the agreement, the agent is required to register all interstate household goods shipments with Bekins and to transport those shipments under Bekins’ interstate motor carrier authority. The agreement allows local moving companies to move people from state to state and Bekins to service more areas in each state.

The Van Line and Driver Relationship
When you work with Bekins Van Lines, your assigned driver works exclusively for the Bekins network and is contracted directly with the van line or one of our agents. Their trucks should be identified with the Bekins logo as well as the logo and information of Bekins’ parent company, Wheaton Van Lines, Inc.: Wheaton | Bekins. That way you can be sure your move is being serviced by our authorized agents.
