When our belongings showed up in TX (on time), our driver provided an inventory sheet which provided descriptions of items along with the corresponding inventory sticker numbers. As items were moved in from the truck, the numbers were read off to me as I checked them off. ALL of our belongs arrived safe and intact. I did not have to make a claim.
