Moving Older Adults: Bekins & NASMM Packing Program
Bekins has been a NASMM partner for more than a decade, offering education for NASMM members about the moving process, even earning the organization’s Margit Novack Award for Excellence in Senior Move Management in 2020. For the first time, Bekins and NASMM have created a packing program to allow senior move managers’ packing services to be covered under the van line’s full replacement value protection for interstate shipments.
Bekins will be providing a packing program training in early 2024. The training will cover van line paperwork, a refresher packing course and program details.
