April 21, 2020 | Bekins News & Events

NEW AGENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Golden Rule Relocation, a locally-owned North Kansas City moving and storage company, recently signed with Bekins Van Lines’ agency network as a prime interstate agent, joining more than 150 Bekins agents across the country. The company was previously an independent agency but chose to align with Bekins to realize its potential in doing more for its community.

“Between Golden Rule Relocation’s personal service and excellent values, we can’t imagine a better van line partner than Bekins,” said A.J. Schneider, Executive Vice President of Wheaton | Bekins | Stevens.

Welcome, Golden Rule Relocation!

BACKGROUND

Owners Geff Moyer and Matt Thrasher have decades of experience in the moving and storage industry, with Matt born into the industry as the grandson of Carl Seaton (Seaton Van Lines in Kansas City), and Geff jumping into the industry right out of college and sticking with it the past 27 years.

Golden Rule Relocation differentiates itself from the competition by treating everyone with dignity and respect, from employees to clients. Geff and Matt surround themselves with the best possible team so they can offer the best possible service to people looking to move into or out of the Kansas City metro area.

The Golden Rule Relocation team supports the community through both financial donations and donations of time and energy. Geff and Matt have led their team in working on projects throughout Kansas City including diaper supply for families in need, support for victims of domestic violence, and delivering nonperishable food items through Move for Hunger to local food pantries.
