Lake County Movers was founded in 1929. What began as a local, one truck operation has grown over the years to serve the developing community. Today, Lake County Movers employs 18 full time staff, has 16 trucks and two modern warehouses with the capacity to store over a half-million pounds of furniture. Last year, we helped over 1,000 families & businesses move. Our partnership with Wheaton World Wide Moving|Bekins Van Lines allows Lake County Movers to expand its services to include long distance and international moving.
Established in 1891, Bekins Van Lines has the most longevity of any moving company in the United States. You can rest assured, knowing that the company you hire is in the business of moving for the “long-run.”

I had a great experience utilizing Lake County movers! The job was conducted expeditiously, properly, and with great attention to detail. Moving all the items to the third floor is no easy task but Ricky, San, and Arnold conquered the task and were great in the process. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone!
This is the second time I have used Lake County Movers. Steve came out and gave us an estimate and was very courteous and professional and the total cost of my move was right on. On moving day, Roger, Matt B, Jackson and Javier showed up on time and made quick work out of loading and unloading with no damage to our belongings. They even had extra wardrobes and boxes on hand for our last minute stuff. I highly recommend Lake County Movers!
Orlando, Matt B and Zach K were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. My move ended up happening in the rain and they were very careful to make sure that none of my furniture got ruined. They were helpful in placing items exactly where I wanted them. This is the second time I have use this company and both times my move has gone extremely well.
Absolutely positive experience. Second time we have used Lake County Movers. Ricky, Freddy M. and Matt B. introduced themselves, were professional and extremely careful with our furnishings. They protected our wood flooring/carpeting and tile surfaces while carrying heavy items and even helped me re-assemble furniture that was disassembled for transport. My experience with Lake County Movers couldn’t have been better. Steve gave an estimate for the move and even delivered the boxes. On Moving Day Matt B, Roger and Jackson were on time and worked very efficiently. They moved furniture, electronics and 60 years of boxed “treasures”. They even were happy to move a previously delivered heavy piece of furniture that was in the garage of my new house. I highly recommend Lake County Movers for their organization and economical pricing. (And the great employees!)
