- Virtual tours are relatively common. From photos to video to virtual reality, there are several ways to virtually tour a home.
- Mortgage pre-approval. A few lenders were already offering digital options for mortgage approval before the pandemic—now it’s even more common.
- The appraisal process. Many loans are offering exterior or “drive-by” appraisals along with virtual options.
